Four archetypes of people - where you find yourself?

There are many documented psychological tests to determine different ways of behavior that people exhibit. Knowing the profiling of each character helps to adjust to having better relations with others.

Expressive. Energetic, creative, open, optimistic and fast. Could easily bored and like details. They need for external stimulus and love being in the spotlight. Hate bureaucracy, slow progress, people who do not show interest or enthusiasm, negative attitudes. Expressive is easy to discern. They are direct with their options and present ideas with emotion and not with facts.

Types of loving. Warm, welcoming, patient, cooperative, friendly. I could love to face with people. They like to create understanding and are excellent to create the long-term. There are fans after the conflict, people uncooperative, aggressive attitudes, those who intend to injure the feelings of others, or to selfish individualism. Types of command to be careful! These people need to be attracted. If you enter very rapidly in business, they will have the feeling that you have been attacked by the intellectual point of view!

Commander. Accurate, productive, firm and direct. They do not have much time to socialize with others. Not like lengthy debates. They hate anyone who appeared to lack of interest, aversion (their views), indecision and delays. Commander returned home late and leave work completely clean desk. If you mess office, they are less inclined to do business with you and take it as proof that you are unprepared.

Analytics. Analytical, precise, careful, reserved and strong logic. Not hasten, make decisions based on facts and evidence, and not on the basis of assumptions and intuition. I do not like the look. In a political choice, they would vote according to policy issues and not the character of politicians. They have the inconvenience to have around noisy and stubborn people. They dislike "creativity" excessive and illogical thinking consider more maddening. They prefer to have before when doing dialogue documents.
